McCulley, Eastham and Associates has forged a professional educational relationship with Eastern Kentucky University’s OSHA Training Institute (OTI). The education center serves Region IV, and 8-state region, and offers a variety of safety and health training. We provide authorized trainers to professionally present all courses offered by EKU, at our Training Institute in Greenup, Kentucky, client facilities, or other designated educational sites.

Capapcity

With the Exception of the OSHA Courses all courses require a minimum of eight (8) students for the class to be conducted. OSHA Courses require a minimum of five (5) students for the class to be conducted.

Course Cost

All prices are for training at our institute and does NOT include the cost of travel, lodging, per diem, or other unspecified expense incurred with mobile training. Those costs will be determined by request and outlined in the contract for training.

Payment

MEA's Training Institute for Health, Safety and the Environment accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Company Check, Personal Check and Cash payments for courses. Invoicing for corporate clients can be arranged through Business Solutions. Payment is due prior to the commencement of the scheduled course. In order to ensure timely and accurate credit to your account please include contact and course information with your payment.

Cancellation Policy

Classes will be closed when they reach maximum enrollment. McCulley, Eastham & Associates reserves the right to cancel a course for any reason or in the event that enrollment does not meet minimum requirements. Students enrolled in a cancelled class are entitled to a full refund or fees can be transferred to another course.
